1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 1–3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The item must be in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation) is required.

3. Approved Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed in the same form as the original payment — cash upon delivery — and arrangements will be made accordingly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or usage concerns. These include:
Used wearables or accessories showing signs of wear
Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling
Products returned beyond the 3-day window
